ABOUT 3-TIER PERSONAL PROGRAMME

ER Academy has designed a 3-tier programme, according to learners’ racing experience and learning needs. ER Academy chooses the most hit games in eSports as the learning platform, for instance, League of Legends, Rainbow 6, eRacing, and Pubg etc. The Academy also invites top local racers as coaches in our programme, and learners can participate in either individual or team training according to their own capability. Besides, learners could also nurture individual problem-solving skills and creativity, and base on digital intelligence racing industry and its development to have in-depth discussions with instructors.

Tier 1:  Elementary Level

Tier 1 courses would include the following 8 elements:

1. Major objectives and key terms of eSports
2. Post-competition debriefing and self-reflection
3. Content and data analysis of games
4. Team competence and statistics analysis
5. Replaying highlights: review and reflections
6. Basic control of games
7. Professional training
8. Mechanics, abilities, tactics and practical techniques of game designs

Tier 2: Advanced Level

In the advanced level, coaches will tailor-made contents about gaming skills, strategies, and ranking which are the best fit for learners according to learners’ learning ability and needs. Besides, through small-class teaching to conduct individual training and group discussion, it could boost one’s individual or even a team’s racing skills.

Tier 3: Professional Level 

Continuously partnering with Nova eSports, ER Academy aims to spot potential professional players in the programme. With the world’s top eSports coaches and sports psychologists’ guidance, learners would go through professional yet systematic training; more importantly, they would have the chance to represent Nova eSports or ER ESports to join international eSports events.
